You can eat this chocolate pudding a la carte, or use it to dip sliced apples or juicy organic strawberries!
- 2 cups cashews, soaked in spring water for 4-6 hours
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 14 dates, pitted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup spring water
- Drain and discard water from soaked cashews.
- Place cashews and all other ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve or refrigerate immediately.
