Dairy-Free Coffee Cream

Serves: 1½ cups
- ½ cup cashews
- 1 cup spring water
- ½ tsp vanilla bean powder
- 4 Tbsp grade B maple syrup
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- NOTE: I like to use cashews that have been soaked in water for 4 hours and then rinsed; however, dry cashews will also work.
