On a surf trip in Baja, where the desert meets the sea, I made sweet mint tea popsicles…
- 2 cups water
- 1 organic mint tea bag
- 4 Tbsps. raw honey
- Place tea bag in hot water and steep for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, stir in honey.
- Set aside and let cool to room temperature.
- Pour tea into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
